By placing an order with Lili Flowers ("we", "us", "the atelier"), you agree to the terms set out below.

Prices are quoted in Georgian Lari and inclusive of VAT. Product photography is illustrative — natural variation is intrinsic to fresh flowers and we reserve the right to substitute individual stems with equivalent or superior blooms.

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. Cancellations are accepted at no charge up to two hours before the scheduled delivery window.

For weddings, corporate contracts and hospitality programmes, additional terms apply as set out in the signed engagement.
